The special education staff of Chilton High School have developed this website to assist you in identifying and locating the necessary resources to provide transition services to your son/daughter.  If you can not find the resource you are looking for, please feel free to contact any one of the CHS special education staff for assistance.  We feel that our responsibilities do not end when your child leaves CHS, and we are committed to actively assisting these students in transitioning to their adult lives as smoothly as possible.
